The genuineness of our meats .
It is a tradition that has been handed down for generations . Passion for good things , Sardinian selected meats, natural ingredients and a seasoning that is influenced by the climate of our mountains . Our cured pork meats are all gluten and lactose free. Among them, we point out the ham, particularly appreciated for its nutritional values, and the loin (Mustela), that also owes its taste and flavour richness to our diligence in applying the original artisanal methods.
